RATE ADJUSTMENT NOTIFICATION – 2025 –

This serves to notify our customers that Westside Disposal, Inc. has submitted a request for the annual rate adjustment as allowed by contract with the City of Fircrest. If granted, the proposed rates would become effective March 1, 2025. This rate adjustment is made up of 2 parts: (1.) A disposal fee adjustment effective March 1, 2025 at the LRI landfill. The disposal rate will change from the current $174.84 per ton to $184.99 per ton, an increase of 5.8% (2.) A CPI based annual adjustment of 3.8%.
The recycling commodity surcharge will also adjust from 0.94% to 1.33%
